Key Measurements to Take: Length (L): the longest side of the spa Width (W): the side perpendicular to the length Corner radius: the distance between the corner of an imaginary right angle and where the curve of the spa begins (see step 2) Step 2: Measure the Radius of Rounded Corners This step is essential to ensure your new cover fits perfectly. Use a square or two rigid rulers to form a 90-degree angle above one of the spa’s rounded corners. Then, measure the distance from the intersection of the rulers to the point where the curve of the corner begins. This measurement, in inches, is the corner radius, and it helps customize the shape of your new cover.
