PRECAUTIONS:

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Powerful oxidizing agent. May cause fire or explosion if contaminated. Releases a dangerous gas when mixed with acid. Do not mix with any other chemical product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Harmful if swallowed. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves when handling this product. Keep the container closed and store in a cool, dry place. Rinse the container thoroughly before discarding. Do not reuse the container. For information on product disposal or cleaning up accidental spills, contact your municipality, your provincial Ministry of the Environment, or the nearest regional office of Environment Canada.

FIRST AID:

If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have the person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If on skin or clothing: Remove contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15–20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If inhaled: Move the exposed person to fresh air. If the person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If in eyes: Hold eyelids open and rinse gently with water for 15–20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Take the container and label or note the product name and registration number when seeking medical assistance.

DISPOSAL:

Rinse the container thoroughly before discarding. Do not reuse the empty container. Recycle if possible or dispose of in accordance with local and provincial regulations. For information on the disposal of unwanted or unused product, contact the manufacturer or your provincial regulatory agency. Also contact them in case of spills and/or for spill cleanup procedures.

STORAGE:

Store this product in its original container. Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. To prevent contamination, store away from food, feed, seed, fertilizers, and other pesticides. Keep away from fire, open flame, and all other sources of heat.
