Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing, activating, or using a Trévi gift card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by Magasins Trévi inc. (hereinafter referred to as Trévi).

 

2. Value and Currency

  • The value of the gift card is denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • The gift card has no value until it has been activated.

 

3. No Expiration Date

In accordance with the laws in force in Quebec, the gift card does not have an expiry date. It remains valid until the balance is completely depleted.

 

4. Use and Balance

  • The gift card can be used to purchase goods and services at our participating retail locations (superstores only) or on our website. 
  • The amount of each purchase is deducted from the available balance on the card. The remaining balance can be viewed on your sales receipt or by contacting us at cartecadeau@trevi.ca.

  • The card cannot be reloaded.

 

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Redeemable

  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, in whole or in part.

  • If the balance on a gift card falls below $5, Trévi may, upon request to cartecadeau@trevi.ca, issue a refund by cheque. This cannot be done in-store.

 

6. Loss, Theft, or Damage

Trévi is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card. No lost, stolen, or damaged cards will be replaced or credited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Trévi does not guarantee that the gift card will be accessible or functional at all times without interruption (in the event of a system failure, for example), although all reasonable efforts are made to ensure adequate service.
