How it works:
There are two types of chlorine tablets:
Slow release (with float)
- Use: tablets in an adjustable float, continuous release.
- Choose this option if: you want easy, regular management.
- Key: open/close the float and test 2–3 times a week.
Fast release (direct addition)
- Use: tablets placed directly in the tank to quickly raise the level after bathing.
- Choose this option if: you want a quick top-up without a float.
- Key: adjust the quantity according to the tests for precise dosing.
Advantages:
- Easy management: few interventions; you refill the float and let it work.
- Stable disinfectant level: regular diffusion, more consistent water on a daily basis.
Granular chlorine
Granular chlorine
How it works: Granular chlorine is dissolved in water before being poured into the pool. It acts quickly and is often used for shock treatments or to quickly adjust chlorine levels.
Advantages:
- Fast and powerful action: Ideal for rapid disinfection in case of problems (green water, high usage).
- Precise dosing possible: Allows you to precisely adjust the required chlorine level.
Why choose this system? If you want to finely control your levels and correct them without delay. It is essential for quickly restoring water quality. Daily maintenance with granular chlorine alone can be restrictive.
Bromine tablets
Bromine tablets
How it works:
The tablets are placed in a float. The bromine is released continuously and remains highly effective in hot water, even with pH variations.
Essential: bromine must be accompanied by an oxidizer (a chlorine-free shock treatment) which activates the bromide reserve to form the active disinfectant.
Advantages:
- Pleasant smell (milder odor).
- High stability in spa temperatures.
- Easy management thanks to continuous diffusion and oxidative activation.
Why choose it?
If you prefer stability in hot water and a less odorous experience, with a professional routine (bromine + oxidant).
Spa maintenance kit 100
How it works: The Bromine Sanitizing Kit 100 can be used on its own: it contains everything you need to disinfect and clarify your spa on a daily basis (excluding balancing products and specialized products).
Kit contents
- 1 × 1.8 kg – BROMEX CHOC (chlorine-free oxidizer/MPS)
- 1 × 2.5 kg – BROMEX TAB (bromine tablets)
- 1 × bromine diffuser
- 25 × water test strips
