Why Is Filter Size Important?
A filter that’s too small will constantly be overloaded, resulting in cloudy water, algae buildup, and premature wear on your system. On the other hand, a well-sized filter offers better filtration performance, reduces backwash frequency, and extends equipment life.

Optimal Filtration Performance
With a filtration area of 0.22 m² and a flow rate of up to 10.8 m³/h , the P500 is perfect for medium to large pools. Its 85 kg sand bed effectively traps impurities, providing crystal clear water with minimal maintenance.
Simple Use and Easy Maintenance

Built-in pressure gauge : Allows you to monitor internal pressure. A normal pressure of 80 kPa (12 psi) indicates a clean filter. When it reaches 140 kPa (20 psi), it is time to backwash .

Backwash : Clean the filter easily by stopping the pump, turning the valve handle to “BACKWASH” and restarting the pump for at least 2 minutes , until the water runs clear.

Rinsing : Before resuming filtration, a rinse cycle of at least 1 minute prevents cloudy water from returning to the pool.
Practical Multiport Valve
The valve mounted on top of the filter offers several positions (filtration, backwash, rinse, waste, etc.) for complete control of the system , with ease.

Always stop the pump before changing the valve position.

Clean the pump and skimmer baskets regularly for maximum efficiency.
