Precautions

Strong oxidizing agent: may cause fire or explosion if contaminated.

Produces dangerous gas if mixed with acid.

Do not mix with other chemicals.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.

Do not inhale dust.

Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles when handling.

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.

Do not use with ozone generators, UV systems, or electrolyzers.

To open: Press down firmly on the cap while unscrewing.

Disposal

Rinse the container thoroughly before discarding.

Do not reuse the empty container.

Recycle or dispose of according to local or provincial regulations.

First Aid

Skin or clothing: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin with plenty of water for 15–20 minutes.

Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly with water for 15–20 minutes. Remove contact lenses after 5 minutes, then continue rinsing.

Ingestion: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately.

Rinse mouth and give small sips of water if the person is conscious.

Do not induce vomiting.

Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Inhalation: Move the person to fresh air. Do not perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation if the person has inhaled gas or vapors. Seek medical attention immediately.

Toxicological information: Treat symptomatically.

This product is strongly recommended for use in conjunction with bromine tablets.

1. Add 50 g per 1,000 L of spa water weekly.
2. After each use, add one tablespoon of product per bather, up to a maximum of 4.
3. Add the required amount by sprinkling directly onto the water surface when the pump is running.
4. Wait 15 minutes before using spa.
