This granular sequestrant solubilizes metals such as as manganese, iron and copper to clarify pool water discoloured by these metals. It can also be used to remove stains caused by these metals on all types of pool surfaces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Adjust pH to between 6.8 and 7.2. Let chlorine level drop below 2 ppm.
2. For pool water coloration, pour 150 g per 10,000 L of pool water directly over the pool surface. For stain removal, proceed to #3.
3. Brush affected areas.
4. Add 150 g per 10,000 L of pool water to a pail of water and apply the concentrated solution along the pool walls and/or in areas where staining is present. Where stains are most prevalent directly brush with the product.
5. Severe staining of surfaces may require up to 300 g per 10,000 L of pool water.
6. Allow the circulation system to run continuously for 24 hours.
7. After 24 hours, adjust pH to between 7.2 and 7.8 and alkalinity to between 80 and 120 ppm.
8. Do not superchlorinate water for at least 72 hours.
9. Use a complementary product on a weekly basis to prevent the reoccurrence of staining of pool surfaces or water coloration.

1. pH adjustment :
Adjust the pH of the water to between 6.8 and 7.2 before applying the product, and ensure that the chlorine level is below 2 ppm.

2. Treatment of colored water:
Sprinkle 150 g of Metaloc Plus per 10,000 L of water directly onto the surface of the pool water in the event of staining due to metals.
If stains are present, proceed to the next step.

3. Stain treatment :
Brush stained surfaces to help dissolve metals.
Mix 150 g of Metaloc Plus in a bucket of water and apply the solution directly to the pool walls, concentrating on areas where stains are most concentrated.

4. Stubborn stains:
If stains persist, a dosage of 300 g per 10,000 L of water may be required to achieve optimum results.

5. Continuous circulation:
Run filtration continuously for 24 hours to allow complete dispersion of the product.

6. Adjustments after 24 hours:
After 24 hours, adjust water pH to between 7.2 and 7.8 and alkalinity to between 80 and 120 ppm.

7. Chlorination:
Do not add chlorine to the pool for at least 72 hours after treatment.

8. Stain prevention:
To prevent the reappearance of stains and discoloration, we recommend using a complementary product on a weekly basis.
