The "best" robot depends primarily on your pool. Electric robots like Dolphin (Maytronics), Hayward, or Wybot are the most effective at cleaning the bottom, walls, and waterline. For most residential pools, an electric robot with active brushes, a large basket, and an intelligent cleaning cycle offers the best performance-to-maintenance ratio.



Generally, it's not a problem if the robot is in the pool while you're swimming. However, we still recommend removing the robot before swimming, both for safety and comfort reasons: this prevents the risk of tangling with the cable, collisions with the device, and allows for greater freedom of movement in the pool. Ideally, you should let the robot work on its own, then take it out of the water before enjoying your swim.



A robot may miss areas if there are obstacles, if the cable is too short or tangled, if the brushes are worn, or if the filter is clogged. Some robots also follow a random path, which can leave uncovered areas on some cycles. Clean the brushes and the basket regularly, and make sure the cable is fully extended to maximize coverage.



To use a robotic pool cleaner, simply place it at the bottom of the pool, plug its cable into the power supply (for electric models), and select the desired cycle. Let it run until the program is complete, then remove it, empty and rinse the basket or filters. Store it out of direct sunlight when not in use to prolong its lifespan.


A pool robot operates using an internal motor that draws in water, filters debris, and moves along the bottom and sometimes the walls. J'ai une piscine ovale hors terre pis je voulais avoir un robot capable de se rendre sur les bords vue qui a des petites bosse ou les pattes de la piscine. Et puis je voulais savoir la garantie et si on peux retourner ou rembourser vue que je l achèterais en ligne. Ensuite sur les photos du site je vois pas le dessous du robot j'aimerais voir si il a des petite roulette de plastique etc. Pouvez vous m envoyer des photos du dessous svp. merci beaucoup
Bonjour, Nous ne recommandons pas ce type de robot pour une piscine hors terre. C’est pourquoi il est indiqué dans le titre du produit qu’il est conçu pour les piscines creusées. La garantie est de 2 ans et couvre uniquement les défauts de fabrication. Pour le dessous du robot, il est composé des brosses à l’avant et à l’arrière, ainsi que d’une trappe d’aspiration. Il n’y a pas de petites roulettes en plastique sous le robot. Merci!
