Aquatherapy is a form of active water-based therapy guided by a certified kinesiologist. It uses the properties of water and the current of an Endless Pool to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support physical rehabilitation.

Sessions are held in the aquatherapy area located inside the Trévi Laval store:

The area is clearly marked and accessible by heading to the back of the store.

A team member will assist you upon arrival if needed.

The evaluation is a mandatory first session for all new clients. It allows the kinesiologist to:

• Understand your physical condition, limitations, and goals (rehabilitation, mobility improvement, pre-surgery prep, athletic recovery, etc.)
• Assess your abilities in the Endless Pool
• Create a personalized treatment plan adapted to your situation

You can then continue with individual or package sessions, based on your needs.

No! While your doctor may refer you to aquatherapy, it is not required to book an appointment.

Booking is done directly on this page. Simply select:

• The session length (30 or 60 minutes)
• The type of package you want (evaluation, single session, or package of 10, 15, or 30 sessions)

Once selected, you will be invited to choose a time slot that suits you — either for a single appointment or for your first session if you chose a package.

All that's left is to complete the booking form and confirm your purchase at checkout.

Yes, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

A link to manage your appointment is provided in your confirmation email and in your Trévi customer account.

• If you booked an evaluation or a single session, you may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, but it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If you purchased a multi-session package, you may cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancelled sessions will be recredited to your session bank, via your confirmation email or Trévi account.

A no-show or a late cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance) will result in the loss of the reserved session, with no refund.

Please bring:

• A proper swimsuit
• A towel
• Non-slip sandals
• A water bottle

Yes, a private space is available for changing on site.

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment
• Showering is mandatory before entering the pool
• Access is reserved exclusively for clients with a confirmed appointment
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the aquatherapy area, except for a water bottle
• If you have any major health conditions, inform your kinesiologist before the session
