Maintenance Tips

Allow the sauna to ventilate well after each use to let the wood dry naturally. Clean the benches and interior surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without abrasive products. Avoid water accumulation inside. Periodically check the condition of the wood, roof, door, and fixings. To preserve the exterior appearance of the wood, apply a suitable outdoor wood treatment as needed, depending on exposure to the elements.

Warranty and after-sales service

Warranty applicable to saunas for the following models:

Romania, Finland, Helsinki, Norway, Oslo, Stockholm, and Sweden.

Manufacturer's Warranty

We offer a warranty for our products in accordance with regulations concerning compensation for damages incurred by consumers.
In the event of a performance problem under normal use and maintenance, we will repair the product free of charge during the warranty period.
From the date of purchase, the quality warranty period is one (1) year on electrical components and the sauna heater; and three (3) years on wood, exterior cladding, door, and windows.
In all cases, charges incurred due to natural disasters, improper installation, or consumer negligence will be invoiced.
