Daily ventilation
Fully open the lid every day, ideally for 30 minutes to 1 hour, to allow accumulated moisture and gases to escape. This prevents premature wear of the interior materials.

Water balance
Maintain optimal water chemistry. An imbalance (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) can attack the inner surface of the cover, affect the seams, and significantly reduce its durability.

Winter maintenance
In winter, regularly remove accumulated snow from the cover to prevent overloading and deformation. Use a soft broom or plastic shovel (avoid sharp objects).
