This product prevents fluctuations in the pH level to keep pool water perfectly balanced and sanitizers working at maximum effectiveness. It also increases alkalinity in pool water. Maintaining a balanced alkalinity will improve swimmer comfort and help protect pool equipment.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Check total alkalinity using a testing kit.
Recommended alkalinity level according to sanitizer used:
• Chlorine: 80 to 120 ppm
• Bromine: 100 to 150 ppm
2. To increase total alkalinity by 10 ppm, add 168 g per 10,000 L of pool water. Sprinkle product onto surface of water while walking all around pool, or add in skimmer basket.
3. Check alkalinity levels regularly and make necessary adjustments.
