Terms and Conditions of Use — Loyalty Program

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the loyalty program. By using this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Purpose of the Program
The loyalty program (the “Program”) is designed to reward customers for their eligible purchases and engagement with the brand, both in-store and online.
- Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1. All customers with an account are automatically enrolled in the Program.
2.2. Trevi's loyalty program is available to Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Alberta residents only.
2.3. To earn points, the customer must:
- In-store: be identified at checkout (by email).
- Online: be logged into their account when completing the order.
- Earning Points
3.1. Eligible Purchases
- 1 point is awarded for every dollar ($1) spent before taxes.
- Applies to:
- In-store purchases
- Online purchases
Points are awarded once the transaction is completed:
a) Finalized payment in-store
b) Order has shipped (online delivery)
c) Order has been picked up (in-store pickup)
3.2. Product Reviews
Following an email invitation, customers can earn points for reviewing a purchased product:
- Text review: 20 points
- Review with photo: 25 points
- Review with video: 30 points
Limit: one rewarded review every 4 months.
- Rewards and Point Redemption
4.1. Points can be redeemed for discounts according to the following scale:

- Points can be used online or in-store.
4.2. Rewards are non-cashable and non-transferable.
- Point Expiration
5.1. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
5.2. A reminder email is sent at least 30 days before the points expire.
- Returns and Refunds
6.1. In the case of a refund:
- Points earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from the account.
- Points used toward the refunded purchase will be re-credited to the account.
- Account Access and Point Balance
7.1. Customers can access their point balance and transaction history by logging into their account on our website.
7.2. Only one profile per account is permitted.

- Program Modification
Trevi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and its conditions, in whole or in part. Notice of any changes will be sent by email to program members.
The terms in effect at the time of Program use will apply.
