Description

This correction kit resolves algae problems and very cloudy water within 48 hours. It is recommended for eliminating significant algae issues or for clarifying cloudy water. It can also be used for opening the pool in the spring. After adding this kit, the water may become cloudy due to dead particles in suspension.

The pH must be below 7.2 before adding the kit for optimal effectiveness.

Maintenance tips

OPENING POOL :
For best results, always follow these steps.
1. Manually remove all leaves and debris from the water.
2. Raise the water level to the middle of the skimmer.
3. Vacuum in the “drain” or “waste” position to remove any remaining debris.
4. Raise the water level and then backwash.
5. Adjust the pH to 7.2.
6. Sprinkle the contents of accelerator and conditioner on the water’s surface.
7. Sprinkle the contents of shock treatment on the water’s surface.
8. Add the oxidizer.
9. Add the clarifier. Run the filter for 48 hours, and then backwash.

DURING THE SUMMER :
1. Do a backwash and raise the water level if needed.
2. Adjust the pH to 7.2.
3. Sprinkle the contents of accelerator and conditioner on the water’s surface.
4. Sprinkle the contents of shock treatment on the water’s surface.
5. Add the oxidizer.
6. Add the clarifier. Run the filter for 48 hours, and then backwash.
