* The warranty covers the pool structure, the bottom liner, the installation, and manufacturing defects for heat pumps, pumps, sand filters, cartridge filters, electric water heaters, and gas water heaters. It takes effect on the date of the installation of the pool and expires, whichever comes first, at the end of the last year of the lease term or at the end of the fifth year following the date of the installation of the pool.
