Allow the sauna to ventilate thoroughly after each use to allow the wood to dry naturally. Clean the benches and interior surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without abrasive products. Avoid water accumulation inside. Periodically check the condition of the wood, roof, door, and fasteners. To preserve the exterior appearance of the wood, apply an appropriate exterior wood treatment as needed, depending on exposure to the elements.

Warranty applicable to saunas for the following models:

Romania, Finland, Helsinki, Norway, Oslo, Stockholm, and Sweden.

Manufacturer's Warranty

  1. We offer a warranty for our products in accordance with regulations concerning compensation for damages incurred by consumers.
  2. In case of performance issues under normal use and maintenance, we will repair the product free of charge during the warranty period.
  3. From the date of purchase, the quality warranty period is one (1) year on electrical components and the sauna heater; and three (3) years on wood, exterior siding, the door, and windows.
  4. In all cases, costs incurred due to natural disasters, improper installation, or consumer negligence will be charged.
